The Heritage Society
The Community Hospital Health Foundation has
established the Heritage Society to recognize, honor and
express our gratitude to those individuals whose
commitment to the hospital will benefit future health care
in our area.
The commitment made by Heritage Society members has been
expressed through bequests in their wills, cumulative
gifts, other estate planning including trusts, or support
for the CHHF in other ways.
All members of the Heritage Society will be listed on the
donor wall located near the front lobby of Community
Hospital. The lists will be updated on an annual basis
after December 31 each year. (While we welcome the
opportunity to publicly recognize all of our Heritage
Society members, donors may request anonymity.) There are
six levels of giving within the Heritage
Society:
