Community Hospital Association

A minimum donation of $100.00 enrolls you as a member of the Community Hospital Association. As a member you are entitled to one vote on each matter submitted to the membership, including the election of the Community Hospital Board of Directors.

This is an excellent way to participate in the governing of Community Hospital.
